Jane Ludwig hails from Hanover County, Virginia and has since continued her professional career in the Commonwealth. She gained her BSN from James Madison University in 2016, and soon after becoming an RN working in Northern Virginia in the areas of employee health, Trauma/Surgical progressive care, and Medical-Surgical ICU. Each of those experience gave her knowledge and interest in becoming a Nurse Practitioner to help keep folks out of the hospital and living well.
Her career continued throughout her education at George Mason University, and she graduated Magna Cum Laude from their Doctor of Nursing Practice- Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2023. Jane values advocacy, empowerment, and a firm, but compassionate approach to providing care. As a Nurse Practitioner she will provide quality care to her patients with an understanding of their unique health journey experiences.
When not at work, Jane will likely be cultivating her indoor/outdoor garden, spending time with her loved ones, or researching new recipes to try out on her partner. She is excited and grateful to serve people in her community as a Nurse Practitioner at Fredericksburg Nephrology Associates.

The Fresenius Medical Care Home Therapies Unit is a free standing unit conveniently located next to our 101 Park Hill office for patients who choose to do dialysis at home. Our physicians offer all home dialysis options, including peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.
